上海海关13日公布了2010年全年上海外贸进出口的情况。据上海海关统计,2010年上海关区进出口复苏势头良好,全年累计实现进出口6846.5亿美元,较2009年(下同)增长32.8%,进出口总值继续位列全国各关区之首。

根据《中国经济新闻》的数据库显示,总体上来看,2010年进出口贸易一直维持在高位运行,尤其是最后两个月更是两创历史新纪录。其中,出口4233.4亿美元,增长30.2%;进口2613.1亿美元,增长37.3%;累计实现贸易顺差1620.3亿美元,增长20.2%。

一、从国家层面看
2010年上海关区与东盟、韩国、拉丁美洲等新兴市场贸易快速增长, 为双方的经贸关系奠定了良好基础, 双方经贸关系不断加强。尤其值得注意的是,在2010年中国与东盟建立自由贸易区以来,上海与东盟的双边贸易总值劲增45.5%,突破性的达到689.9亿美元。

另外,2010年上海关区对欧盟、美国和日本分别进出口1541.9亿美元、1179.3亿美元和916.7亿美元,分别增长32.6%、29.7%和28.2%,对上述3者进出口合计占同年关区进出口总值的53.1%,较上年下滑1%。

二、从商品类别看
2010年,上海关区进口额前三位的商品分别为集成电路、未锻轧铜及铜材和自动数据处理设备及其部件,分别进口303.8亿美元、92.4亿美元和81.9亿美元,分别增长33.1%、44.8%和24.5%。同时,位居2010年关区出口额前三位的商品分别为自动数据处理设备及其部件、服装及衣着附件和集成电路,分别出口473.4亿美元、128亿美元和109亿美元,分别增长28.6%、14.5%和34.8%。
其中,部分消费类产品进口增长迅速。其中汽车进口10.1万辆,价值33.7亿美元,分别激增1.7倍和1.8倍;钻石进口16.8亿美元,增长87%;手表进口11.2亿美元,增长52.6%;葡萄酒进口6.4亿美元,增长40.8%;箱包进口7亿美元,增长69.1%。此外,2010年,上海市进口高新技术产品683.7亿美元,增长34.4%,低于当年上海市进口平均增速4.1个百分点。

三、从企业性质看
外商投资企业进出口值依然独占鳌头,国有企业进出口恢复进程落后。2010年,外商投资企业通过上海关区进出口4288.3亿美元,增长35.2%,占同年关区进出口总值的62.6%。同年,私营企业进出口1300.2亿美元,显著增长38.5%。此外,国有企业进出口1126亿美元,增长20.1%。

四、从贸易方式看
一般贸易进出口增幅高于加工贸易,保税区仓储转口进出口增速领先。2010年,上海关区以一般贸易方式进出口3393.4亿美元,增长34.1%。其中,出口2184亿美元,增长32.5%;进口1209.4亿美元,增长36.9%。

同年,关区以加工贸易方式进出口2540.4亿美元,增长28.4%。其中,出口1818.2亿美元,增长27.3%;进口722.2亿美元,增长31.3%。此外,关区以保税区仓储转口方式进出口661.7亿美元,大幅增长57.1%。

According to the Shanghai Customs data base, in 2010, there was a good momentum of the recovery of foreign trade in Shanghai customs district. The total accumulative value of its imports and exports was 684.65 billion U.S. dollars in the whole year; which had a growth of 32.8% compared to the same period in 2009(Hereinafter). The total value of imports and exports of Shanghai ranked the primacy of the customs district, across the country.

According to the China Economic News data base, in general, Shanghai's foreign trade is keeping a high level, especially the last two months both hit the high record. Among all of them, the value of exports was 423.34 billion U.S. dollars, which had an increase of 30.2%; the value of imports was 261.31 billion U.S. dollars, which had an increase of 37.3%. The total value had accumulated to achieve an amount of trade surplus of $ 162.03 billion U.S. dollars, which had an increase of 20.2%.

I. From perspective of the national aspect
In 2010, China rapid growth of bilateral trade with ASEAN, India, Australia, Brazil, Russia and other emerging markets, which have laid solid foundation for bilateral economic and trade ties and pushed forward bilateral collaboration in these aspects. There was a rapid growth of the imports of some consumer products, including the imports of motor vehicles whose total number was 10.1 million units, with its worth of $ 3.37 billion; the proliferated multiple of them were 1.7 times and 1.8 times; the amount of imports of diamond was $ 1.68 billion, with a increase of 87%; the amount of imports of watch was $ 1.12 billion, with a increase of 52.6%; the amount of imports of red wine was $0.64 billion, with a increase of 40.8%, and the amount of imports of case was $ 0.7 billion, with a increase of 69.1%.
In addition, in 2010, the amount of import high-tech products of Shanghai was 68.37 billion U.S. dollars, with a growth of 34.4%; which was lower than the average growth rate of imports in Shanghai that year, by 4.1 percentage points.

III. From perspective of the nature of the enterprise
The import and export value of foreign-invested enterprises are still facile princeps; while the recovery process of the import and export value of state-owned enterprises is backward. In 2010, the amount of imports and exports of foreign-invested enterprises by Shanghai customs district was $ 428.83 billion, with an increase of 35.2%; which accounted for 62.6% of the total amount of imports and exports in the customs district that year. In the same year, the value of import and export of private enterprise was 130.02 billion U.S. dollars, with a significant increase of 38.5%. In addition, the total value of imports and exports of state-owned enterprises was $ 112.6 billion, with an increase of 20.1%.

IV. From perspective of the Trade Mode
Generally, the growth of the import and export trade was higher than processing trade; the growth of the value of storage’s re-export in Free Trade Zone was one-upped. In 2010, the amount of imports and exports by using the general trade mode was $ 339.34 billion, with an increase of 34.1%. Among them, the export value was $ 218.4 billion, with a growth of 32.5%; the import value was 120.94 billion U.S. dollars, with a growth of 36.9%.

In the same year, the amount of imports and exports by the processing trade mode in the customs district was $ 254.04 billion, with an increase of 28.4%. Among them, the export value was $ 181.82 billion, with a growth of 27.3%; the import value was 72.22 billion U.S. dollars, with a growth of 31.3%.
