2010 China's absorption of foreign direct investment increased steadily

据商务部近日发布的数据显示: 2010年全年，对华投资排名在前十位的国家/地区（以实际投入外资金额计）依次为：香港（674.74亿美元）、台湾省（67.01亿美元）、新加坡（56.57亿美元）、日本（42.42亿美元）、美国（40.52亿美元）、韩国（26.93亿美元）、英国（16.42亿美元）、法国（12.39亿美元）、荷兰（9.52亿美元）和德国（9.33亿美元）；前十位国家/地区实际投入外资金额占全国实际使用外资金额的90.1%。美国对华实际投资40.52亿美元，同比增长13.31%；欧盟二十七国对华实际投资65.89亿美元，同比增长10.71%。
在中国,2010年全年，东部地区新设立外商投资企业22992家，实际使用外资金额898.5亿美元，同比分别增长16.7%和15.8%；中部地区新设立外商投资企业3056家，实际使用外资金额68.6亿美元，同比分别增长16.4%和28.6%；西部地区新设立外商投资企业1358家，实际使用外资金额90.2亿美元，同比分别增长22.3%和26.9%。东、中、西部地区实际使用外资占全国的比重分别为85%、6.5%和8.5%，分别比去年同期降低1.2个百分点、增加0.6个百分点和0.6个百分点。
从产业结构来看，2010年全年，外商投资农、林、牧、渔业新设立外商投资企业929家，同比增长3.7%，实际使用外资金额19.1亿美元，同比增长33.8%，占同期全国新设立外商投资企业数和实际使用外资金额的比重为3.4%和1.8%；服务业新设立外商投资企业13905家，同比增长21.3%，实际使用外资金额487.1亿美元，同比增长28.6%；制造业新设立企业11047家，同比增长13.1%，实际使用外资金额495.9亿美元，同比增长6%，占同期全国非金融领域新设立企业数和实际使用外资金额的比重为40.3％和46.9%。
According to recently released data from Commerce Department: in 2010, the top ten countries/ regions made the most investments( according to the actual foreign capital input)in China are: Hong Kong ($67.474 billion), Taiwan ($6.701 billion ), Singapore ($5.657), Japan ($4.242 billion), United States ($4.052 billion), Korea ($2.693 billion), Britain ($1.642 billion), France ($1.239 billion), Netherlands ($0.952 billion) and Germany ($0.933 billion);the actual foreign capital input from these top ten countries/regions accounted for 90.1% of the nation actual foreign capital use. U.S actual investment in China was $4.052 billion, rose 13.31% on year-on-year basis; 27 countries of European Union actual investment in China was $6.589, rose 10.71% on year-on-year basis.
In China 2010, the newly established foreign-invested enterprises in eastern regions were 22,992; the actual use of foreign capital was $89.85 billion, increased 16.7% and 15.8% respectively; the newly established foreign-invested enterprises in the central regions were 3056, the actual use of foreign capital was $6.86 billion, rose 16.4% and 28.6% respectively; the newly establish foreign-invested enterprises in the western regions were 1358, the actual use of foreign capital was $9.02 billion, rose 22.3% and 26.9% respectively. The proportion of eastern, central and western regions’ actual use of foreign capital was 85%, 6.5% and 8.5%; compared with the same period last year, the proportion showed a 1.2 percentage points decrease, 0.6 percentage points increase and 0.6 percentage points increase respectively.
From the industrial structure, in 2010, there were 929 newly-established foreign-invested enterprises in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery industry, the number rose 3.7% from previous year, the actual use of foreign capital was $1.91 billion, rose 33.8% over the same period of last year, accounting for 3.4% and 1.8% of the contemporary newly-established foreign-invested enterprises and the actual use of foreign investment respectively; there existed 13905 newly-established foreign-invested enterprises in services industry, the number climbed 21.3% from previous year, the actual use of foreign capital was $48.71 billion, increased 28.6% from previous year; there were 11047 newly-established enterprises in the manufacturing sector, the number rose 13.1% from previous year, the actual use of foreign capital was $49.59 billion, rose 6% over the same period of last year, accounting for 40.3% and 46.9% of the contemporary national non-financial sector of newly-established enterprises and the actual use of foreign investment.
